About Weave Your Life
Weave Your Life is based on the belief that learning to identify personal, environmental and other imbalances in your life is the first step toward achieving wholeness and makes up the core of personal healing.
I am committed to assist you in reaching your highest potential. The key concept of Weaving Your Life is empowering You. You develop a personal design for your ideal self. I will teach you how to weave the threads of past wounds and difficulties into a more stable and beautiful tapestry of who you are becoming.
What's different about my services than other traditional therapists?
My services focus on a person's whole being: Physical, Emotional, Environmental, Spiritual, Intellectual and Energetic.
Services are:

Talk therapy along with non-traditional therapies combined
- Can address your whole being and therefore assist you with breakthroughs that not only accelerate the therapeutic process, but allow for true healing on many levels.
I assist individuals, families, couples and adolescents.
Credentials:
- I have a dual Associates of Science degree in Human Services and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation
- A Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology
- A Masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for 13 years in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings as well as individual practice with diverse populations and issues.
Licensure:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Connecticut
- Nationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
- I have studied Energy Work with the Healing the Light Body School and Alberto Villaldo.
- I have also attended Earth Honoring apprenticeship workshops with Oscar Miro-Quesada.
Outside of the paper acknowledgments, I am a person who has great respect for the Earth, worldwide cultures and natural medicine. I have a heart for helping others to become aware of how to honor themselves and the Earth.
